I'm very happy with the fishing reel and though I am leaving positive feedback I have one concern. It wasn't packaged in a box; it was wrapped in a paper grocery bag, put in a mailing envelope and then packaging tape wrapped around. It arrived with no damage luckily, and that's the key word, it was luck that it arrived undamaged.
