Just what I needed
I accidentally pitched my old harness by leaving it on the non working ice maker. The new one was supposed to have several harnesses but only came with two, neither of which was correct. I found this one which was at a great price so it was easier to buy this than start over and return the ice maker. The price was right and shipping was fast. And now we have ice again!

Shorter than original part and didn't fit
This product is not the same overall length as the original part it claims to be a replacement for. Because of that it wouldn't work in our fridge. Also the connectors are of clearly lower quality plastic than the factory part and the wire outer diameters are smaller. Sometimes a "replacement for" bargain .... isn't!

Perfect harness for my need
My old Amana ice maker wiring harness has been discontinued. I found this harness and one end if it is exactly like my broken harness connector. I had to cut and splice the two harnesses together and my ice maker works fine now. The purchased harness is a high quality harness and helped solve my problem.

So far so good, I'm making ice!
Seems to be working fine, this is an aftermarket product but snaps into the existing hardware, and works, as it should. YOU ARE PROBABLY BUYING THIS BECAUSE THE NON-REPLACABLE FUSED LINK IS BLOWN. KEEP IN MIND THERE IS PROBABLY A RESON FOR THIS. MY MICROMOTOR WAS BURNT UP.........

Icemaker repair
My automatic icemaker stopped working. It was past time for replacement as all of this brand had been discontinued due to age. The harness was the perfect choice as it did fit the refrigerator electrical contact and the icemaker plug was fit by the other end. Now we have a working icemaker again.

What I needed
Had an icemaker but the wiring harness on it wouldn't work for my application. Had been looking for this for a few years. Glad to finally find it. Excellent price with free shipping.
