After numerous attempts of trying to buy a replacement rubber, although all claiming to fit my model - non did fit - too thick - too thin- too long- too short - and different colours. In despair I purchased the sealant oven cooker door seal and yes it does work. Another job completed and thankyou.

Through an error that could happen to anyone, the wrong product was inadvertently sent to me. They quickly resolved the issue, and were so kind in their correspondence. They suggested I give the incorrect item to a friend or, even better, to a charity shop. I really appreciate the human touch, and would happily deal with these people again.
