Great Traditional Cookbook
This is a great traditional cookbook designed for convalescent cooking back at a time when cooking for the betterment of health was a novel concept. Food preferences have changed greatly over the last 100+ years but many of the recipes feature beef and chicken, etc. and work well with a more modern diet. Wealth of History
A friend of mine shared this book with me and although I had heard of it I had never explored its contents. This book is a wealth of cooking information and history much of which could be lost to future generations as we are immersed more and more into the pre-packaged food society we now live in.
