Top of the line items
The Vista 20P and the 6160 keypad are top of the line Ademco products. While the 20P can be a programming challenge, but it is very doable. Do your research and if the 20P fits your needs go for it. I am still in the process of installing it but it appears to have everything that I would need period a very complete kit from what I can tell. Must have a very good understanding what your getting into. Also you need to purchase more devices to make the sensors talk to you panel wirelessly. Great quality product but Not for DIY and not ready out of the box.
