The damage occurred between eBay and the buyer. eBay's policy is that the responsibility lies with eBay. I've explained this to you many times (dozens of messages), but despite my insistence, you haven't asked eBay for help. I honestly don't understand why. The double-walled box was overlapping, with corners folded twice, a total of eight layers of cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap plus and additional packing. Is that really not enough?
