They are quick to ship. Communication is excellent. The whole process is as good as I have experienced. The seller was fast to respond to email, prompt on shipping, packaged the amp in custom shell to further protect the box and he had it delivered in 5 days from Japan to Munich. The amp arrived in perfect condition and was as advertised. I would have no hesitation buying from AC Gear Japan.

Packaging was great; the product looked perfect and was in excellent condition (new), as described. Outstanding Seller, definitely recommended.
