Good product. Something I have wanted for a long time.
It is exactly as described, brand new. The only minor thing I had to do was put a new battery in it.

I do not recommend this OLD technology device.
Old, old, old technology. I am throwing it away and buying a note up to date one. Unit requires multiple key presses to get to numbers or to three letters. It is like what we had on the old flip phones for text messaging.

Hiding Passwords in a unit
This product gas an expired button battery that I had to purchase at Wzlgresns for $14.95 . Other than that ....It works well in hiding all your Passwords , username , notes , names , login name into it.. I recommend this to anyone but be aware of expensive button battery.

Too much trouble
Not a fan of this password storage product. Takes forever to enter all your websites and passwords. Just don't have the time or the patience for it. Sorry I bought it.

It would seem that the VAULT is locked to keep potential users out.
Dead battery when received; no pound sign; and hard to type in numbers within the password.

Difficult to use.
Product is small and difficult to use for someone with poor dexterity. The instruction are limited and incomplete.

It's not worth it!
