I am very happy with these candles, they smell so beautiful, I havnt burned them yet but my whole room smells of nag champa! All hand made and made for me, just awesome! My item took almost four weeks to arrive because Australia Post delivered it to the wrong state twice. When I questioned the delay the seller, Karen, never apologised for the inconvenience, never offered to resend the item, and never offered a refund I did ask for a refund, this fell of deaf ears. When you asked for a refund, Cyclone Fina hit and I had no power, internet etc for four days. I even messaged you beforehand to let you know. Once service returned, I saw your parcel was delivered, yet you still said I had poor communication. I don't know what more I could have done.
