    This limited-edition collectible is no longer made and I was happy to find it, even thought the price was a bit steep. It arrived in great condition, with all certification documents and original packaging as described.     D-isappointed

    To begin, FORGET about the three questions in the "Tell us more" part of this review page. They are loaded questions that do not allow a middle of the road opinion. Why the D-isappointment? Because this compendium is not completely up to its date. In other words, it is lacking some Dept. 56 lines such as the Grinch and Storybook Land. Other than that, it is very well done and of high quality and you can tell that a lot of work went into it. If I had known at the time that a 4th Ed. was in the works that would include things that were left out of this edition, I would have waited and saved my money.

    Dept. 56 Village D-Tails 3rd Edition Guide

    I love this book! I have a whole lot of Snowy Village buildings and Snowy Village Halloween and accessories. It is nice to see that my items are gaining value. Collectors should get this book, especially if they have a large collection like mine.

    Everything you need to know

    this is the 3rd book I've purchased. I enjoy seeing all of the pieces offered by dept 56 and the bits of information on the items.
