The USPS acknowledged that they arrived in town and were delivered but obviously not to me because I didn't receive the package. This seller investigated this situation and found a way to have these items delivered to me in excellent condition. All of this happened within only a few days. I felt surprised and very thankful, so I hope that this seller was reimbursed for items lost during shipping!
