All the pieces were in the envelope, and there was a dirty mark pressed into it. So, if anything, the pillow envelope helped protect it (especially since it also rained. So, whilst I'm annoyed I'll need to get a new case, that was all the stupid delivery people, and the actions of this seller helped prevent further damage to my game.
