They sent it out and I received it with damage to the exterior of the Xbox. It arrived with plastic broken pieces of the Xbox falling out of the packaging. It had ONE flimsy piece of bubble wrap around it. Horrible packaging. This was all avoidable, as I said: I live in the same state and could have picked it up.
