Wanted to return the item as it didn’t fit correctly. Seller sent me a royal mail return label. After taking it to multiple royal mail depots I was told the item was too large and i’d need a Parcelforce label. You purchased 2 items worth over £300 and wanted to return it. We provided a UPS label for the larger item that we recieved back and refunded you. We also provided a Parcelforce label for the other item. Infact we shouldnt need to cover the labels because you just happened to "change your mind". However we still did. Labels cost us £15 each, we cant just book labels at customers request just because you had a issue at the post office.
