The clock was well packaged to avoid any damage on route, which was just as well, because the courier company delivering the item, simply through it over a gate! The seller provided good communication and assistance when required. All in all, a great seller but poor delivery service, which in no way was the fault of the seller. The clock Happy to recommend.
