Having now replaced my original with worn keycaps, this works perfectly so I've bought another as a spare. Top tip: turn off Windows Hello before swapping, it prevented the new keyboard working although it worked fine in the BIOS config. No problem after disabling Hello (tricky without a keyboard working properly!). Once working and logged in, Hello can be turned on again, all is then fine.

It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, without any signs of damage and appears to be good quality. Colour was listed as silver, but a dark grey cover was sent. However, as this was not a problem to me, I fitted the cover to a Lenovo 15ARE05 without any issues using a YouTube video (search "comptechnyc 15IIL05"). Good value for money, thanks.
