The portable Zoom H4n Digital Recorder offers professional performance in a compact size at an affordable price. Its two onboard external microphones are uniquely configured for coincident recording. With two additional jacks, you can simultaneously record four different tracks. Professional features, including time-stamping, mid-side (MS) decoding, and a library of multi-effects, make creating quality audio infinitely easier. The tough, rubberized shell both protects this sturdy recorder and virtually eliminates handling noise. A clear, readable, 1.9-inch backlit LCD display screen interface and intuitive controls simplify device operation. It delivers six hours of continuous recording time in stereo/4 channel/MTR mode and an amazing 11 hours in stamina mode.Capable of making recordings in WAV or MP3 formats, the Zoom H4n captures excellent sound quality, up to 24-bit/96kHz. Once recorded, a host of internal effects, including compression, reverb, and overdubbing, allow professional mixing and production. The two built-in mics can be positioned at a 90-degree angle for a more focused capture. You can also position them to a 120-degree angle for wider, more inclusive recordings. The dual inputs on the bottom of the device can accept either XLR or 1/4 inch balanced or unbalanced microphone cables. Each track's level and panning can be independently controlled and mixed down to stereo or mono.The H4n’s size and complexity make it the perfect companion for all manner of video and camera equipment. Many DSLRs offer excellent visual quality but fall short regarding audio quality and capacity. This recorder can be attached to any standard tripod or to a camera directly with the optional Hot Shoe adapter. The X/Y microphone and capacity for post-production audio editing bring professional level sound to any video. The time signature function and the ability to record in broadcast WAVs with coded markers simplifies post-production syncing and editing. It’s very portable and easy to take outdoors or remotely because it ways less than one pound. Recording live music is a snap with the H4n. The onboard microphones can be complimented with a floor mic. You can also plug your bass or guitar directly into the inputs. This model even includes both internal guitar and bass amp models. The input sockets provide either 24V or 48V of phantom power. The rear speaker allows for easy monitoring and lets you know right away that the system is operating as it should. You can plug into the headphone jack, which has a dedicated volume control if you want to monitor input more precisely. You can also easily convert your final mix into an MP3 for easy uploading and file sharing.The Zoom H4n Handy Recorder integrates seamlessly with any number of recording systems for professional results. It comes with Cubase LE software for Mac or PC. It records directly onto either an SDHC or SD card up to 32GB. It has a USB port for convenient connection and data exchange to your computer. It operates on only two AA batteries or an AD-14 AC adapter. With all this to offer, the Zoom H4n Digital Recorder can meet your recording needs and expand your professional capability.

    Professional service from the Yorozu_Japan team, communication was always offered and detailed tracking was provided immediately. The product I ordered (Lamdash Pro 5) was exactly as described, brand new and expertly packaged for international shipping. Of course the price was also very competitive also, compared to local offerings. Although, something that I seemed to miss was the FedEx customs charge, I don't think it's Yorozu_Japan's fault as it is more of an eBay issue if anything.

    I ordered the new DJI Mini 5 Pro on 9/25/25 and received on 10/3/25! Seller communicated through the whole process. Drone was packaged in factory wrapped plastic box inside a cardboard box with bubble wrap with no damage. My only grip was that the Import dutties and taxes were $226.41! Ouch, but drone is pretty sweet though! Great Seller!

    Great field recorder!

    The zoom H4n handy recorder is a great entry-level recording device that is made versatile by its small form factor and user friendly interface. I’ve used the zoom for a number of years, sound designing for small time theater productions and the sort, and by far my preferred method of recording is using this product. The recorder comes with two 1/4” tip-sleeve/XLR combo I put jacks, one for left, one for right. The combo jacks let you record using microphone XLR cables, or line inputs for an amp or other device. The input jacks come with the option of phantom power (+48V/+24V). The built in stereo microphone is not too shabby of an option for on the go recording, and you are able to record four tracks simultaneously.     Just as Described

    The recorder arrived so much more quickly than anticipated, was clean and in perfect condition (looked brand new), and every detail was just as described. I've used an H4n for all of my personal productions and projects and I'm so excited to finally have my own! I've used it on a few shoots already with a Rode shotgun mic and the sound has been exactly what I needed. Would recommend to anyone who does film/recording/sound work. Can't beat the price.

    Came as described and works great. The headphones are really nice but I have noticed that the cable connection right ear speaker is a little finicky.

Just have to play with the headphone jack a bit. Only having the left ear speaker might help out a lot on set tbh since I'd probably be booming with discreet mono tracks from xlr mics anyways.

    I purchased this product as my previous digital voice recorder was getting old and it was time to upgrade. I purchased this product due to all the excellent reviews I have read about this product from this site as well as other reviews located on the internet. I don't use it for producing, making music, listening to music, taping lectures, etc. I use it to listen to EVPs (electronic voice phenomena). I said listen instead of catching as they do occur and this device plays them back so clearly. Whether you believe in the paranormal or not, that is your choice. I do. I have no explanation for them and I am not here to debate. I am here to tell people that this is a amazing device. The handbook is quite large, but is simple to read.     I'm so glad I purchased this H4N as it has already been used and it performed as a brand new one.

    I've been working with the H4Ns for about 5 years now so when I decided to buy one for personal use, it was a no brainer. It was exactly as described, used but in decent condition. It works well which is the main reason I bought it. The price was ok, it was better than buying a brand new one, especially as I was on a budget. It didn't come with the A C chord but I knew this when I bought it so I bought on for less than $20, not a deal breaker. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product I purchased. I like the little case it came in and it was exactly as described.
