Stronger suction than my previous Dyson - I had to empty it 4 times when I first used it on maximum setting - looked as if the carpets & rugs had been shampooed! Now medium setting is perfect for the job & the battery lasts much longer too. The seller knocked £10 off when delivery was delayed due to switchover to a different courier - he's helpful & kept me informed. Good man to deal with.

I asked the seller if this was a mistake and they said no, if you don't like it return it. The hoover also whistles when it's used and the metal pipe is very wobbly. No apologies from the seller. Just telling someone to return the item isn't good customer service and we have to swallow up the return costs for a faulty/incorrect item.
