They were very fast and kept me informed on the progress of my order. My treadmill is up and running again and I am confident that it will stay that way for a long time. They also went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot after the replacement board didn't fix the problem immediately - turns out the main wiring harness also needed to be replaced. After all of that I'm back up and running! I'd definitely recommend them to others. They saved me a ton of money and their expertise was very valuable. A+
