I returned the faulty board for the advertised core charge refund and got it within a few days. Good to see a company out there to refurbish these electronic components.

From the time I packaged it up and dropped it off at the post office until the time the repaired board arrived at my door took just 8 days. I can see where they installed new capacitors as described as part of the service. Treadmill works like new! A good deal - at roughly 1/3 the price of buying a new control board.
