I’m confident that with how open this process has been, the replacement will be high quality.

The seller misrepresented the item as new in the sell and has not responded to my communications concerning the item after it was delivered. Reconditioned is not “NEW”. The item is in working order but I don’t appreciate overpaying for a previously used item.
