Great product
The quality of the product is great! Connected to multiple monitors. My P71 fits in there nicely, easy to lock it into position, equally easy to release it. Power button on the dock can start the laptop without opening the laptop and pressing the power button on the laptop, and you can keep the lid shut while using the computer.

Great docking station with plenty of ports
A great item to have if you need to always use the laptop in a desk mode (hooked to monitors, keyboard, and mouse) and a mobile mode. Also, it is thin and doesn't take much of space. I like it much better than a port replicator (I use both). I would have given it 5 starts if it had a light (indicator) on the power button to light up, when you click the button to turn on the laptop.

Excellent alternative to stationary PC workstations
I've used several Thinkpad docking stations over the years and without exception, every one has exceeded my expectations. They are well designed and made of quality materials. I just finished setting this one up and it's exactly what I wanted. In this case, I'm using a Thinkpad P51, a Das Keyboard Pro, a Logitech MX Master mouse, a curved 24" monitor, and various other peripherals to provide an MS Windows 10 workstation for those "Windows" things I can't or don't want to do with my 27" iMac or a Macbook. I couldn't be happier. I can pick up the Thinkpad and go somewhere with it in a matter of seconds. Try that with a desktop workstation!

Just what the doctor ordered- A docking station that is intuitive to use.

Exactly as advertised. Arrived fast and was as new or new. It does not have a power block/cable so make sure you have one it get one separately.

Only got this because it was cheaper than a 230W psu alone but looks to be new in box. Not sure if I'll use the dock but happy none the less.

It's a docking station...
Does what it needs to and there aren't other options. Would be nice to have more DP outs and get rid of HDMI but 6 USB is nice
