Please bear in mind that they offered us a service to be delivered on time and they have not. We can show you your manifested that shows the date and time that we handed your item to royal mail and we work flat out 6 days a week posting items to them super quick, to only receive negative feedback for their poor service. As your possibly aware they are only hitting 73% of delivery times on the postage they deliver.
