Good.
First, the negative: The larger suction cups don't seem to have a way to permanently attach to the legs that will be inside the tub. They usually stick to the tub surface and I have to remove them by hand when taking out the bench. Also, it would be nice to have one more notch for raising the outside-the-tub legs and one more for lowering the inside legs. But our tub is an odd design, so that may not be everyone's experience. The good news is that it does assemble without tools and wasn't too hard to figure out. I needed to use a YouTube video for some of the steps, but it got put together without too much hassle. Also the back rest it reversible, so that's great because that's the reason I got this model. For some reason, the ones a little cheaper only work if your faucet in on the left side of the tub.
