Very happy with this fryer. Stove top and in the oven!
The handle stays cool when on the stove top. Lid has a very good fit. This size pan is great for starting something on the stove top. Then going right into the oven. Heats evenly and retains heat. I clean it wile the pan is still hot. Easy to clean that way. Deglazing is a breeze. Getting rid of all my non stick and investing in quality.

Great pan for the money.
Seems to cook very evenly, no issues. I read that the biggest difference in this pan and the more expensive ones is the heat doesn't travel up the sides.
