I unfortunately ran into a shipping address problem when I originally purchased the boots for my granddaughter. eBay´s policy is you can’t change a shipping address. You have to cancel the order, repurchase the item, change the primary address, then request a refund. I contacted this seller and they immediately were able to change the address, because they hadn’t shipped the item yet, my granddaughter received the boots the next day.

They hadn't been worn or tried on, so I couldn't figure out where the odor was coming from. They were packaged in shoe covers and the odor was in them as well. The shoe does look exactly like the picture and they fit as expected. They are really pretty and I can't wait to wear them!
