It was far from new or in a original box. Also it was missing pieces possibly Due to the horrendous packaging. Due to me needing the tool immediately I was stuck keeping it with a partial refund from the seller. We couldn't come to a fair partial refund being it didn't even cover replacing the missing tools. Not at all pleased with the experience and the seller could care less.
