The size chart is accurate, but be aware that the rise is very short so you can't pull the trousers up very far, in spite of that 36" inseam. The suspenders are also almost a FOOT too short to go over my shoulders and reach the waistband in front.

I am losing weight so I kept the smaller pair for when I reach my goal. They look good and the price is right. I just can't afford the high price of accurate prop replicas. These are close enough.

I think the listed sizes INCLUDE the 10cm stretch. I would usually wear XXL, but based on the waist measurements, I ordered L. It FITS, and looks great, but the thighs are a bit yoga-pants-y. Luckily the flares mean nobody's looking at my thighs. Moral of the story: order a size up compared to the measurements.
