I had initially messaged them with questions about the bat and they responded timely and very nicely. I am very impressed with them and very satisfied with my purchase.

I asked the seller when it would be delivered and never responded back. Two days later the seller said they sold the bat the bat that I ordered and thanking me in trusting them with my order. They said they would refund me and never apologized. I have not seen the refund. Given the customer service, I would not recommend another the customer.
