Urn that was ordered was confirmed at the ordering stage with an image of exact style-colour-pattern-size-all the details confirmed. Urn that arrived from OS was a very different colour and different pattern and not the same as one shown on advertised item. Also the pattern on Urn that arrived was displayed in 2 distinct halves and not in a continuous pattern around the whole Urn. It is not only pretty, but the price is very reasonable. Shipping time is s bit longer, but it is well worth the wait. The seller is absolutely wonderful, as he emailed me regularly when USPS lost my package! He was quick to help solve the problem, and continued the communication until I received my order.
