Contacted seller a full week after the item should have arrived, and they repeated the USPS tracking information that it was still on its way, just delayed. Not the seller's fault if USPS lost or broke the package, but I was disappointed that seller took no initiative to make it right. I had to be refunded by Ebay.

Not in new condition. Not properly packaged. Two boxes taped together were too small which either was why the item was damaged during shipping or item was put into the box damaged. Item had darker area and scratches from where a sticker was obviously scrapped off. Seller sent return label outside of eBay.
