    Beginners of Tai Chi

    Bought this dvd to try Tai Chi to help with mobility problems. It's a great regimen, measured and gentle movements and great instructional dvd.

    Precise and to the point

    I was searching for a low impact exercise program. I found that the tai-chi dvd helpful in fulfilling that need. The step by step program is easy to follow and a worthwhile investment in good health.

    Just what I was looking for!

    I was looking for a beginning Tai Chi dvd and this is perfect—slow enough to follow along and easy enough for a senior like me to do. You do need space to do all the moves. The dvd was in great condition.
