I ordered a witch journal with pentagram and they sent a very poor quality dragon journal. Very bad customer service. Ebay had to step in and refund me. But here's the kicker: since they didn't want to send a $5 label and ignored me and eBay, they were forced to refund me without receiving the item back costing them even more money.
