They said item shipping would be delayed for a couple of weeks, and yet still did not have the item, and it wasn’t until early 2025 when they said they could not provide the item I purchased. They should not be selling items they dont have, and inform customers proactively instead of keeping us in the dark and holding on to our money

The product I ordered (Lamdash Pro 5) was exactly as described, brand new and expertly packaged for international shipping. Of course the price was also very competitive also, compared to local offerings. Although, something that I seemed to miss was the FedEx customs charge, I don't think it's Yorozu_Japan's fault as it is more of an eBay issue if anything.
