At first I thought they were missing the two long screws needs to attach the door knobs together but the screws had been totally screwed into the long chambers inside the knobs. It's hard to see the tops of the screws heads sticking out of the chambers. It would be nice if the directions noted where those screws were located. I thought they were missing. After installation these knobs are not the smoothest but they work.

Recommend seller for sure!
