This replacement keyboard arrived promptly, well-packed and obviously brand new. However, when I came to remove the old keyboard, I discovered that one of its 3 ribbon cables was unplugged! I plugged it in and found that the laptop had had a back-lit keyboard all the time. I contacted Royal Computers who quickly agreed to take back the new one and refund me. Good people to deal with.

It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, without any signs of damage and appears to be good quality. Colour was listed as silver, but a dark grey cover was sent. However, as this was not a problem to me, I fitted the cover to a Lenovo 15ARE05 without any issues using a YouTube video (search "comptechnyc 15IIL05"). Good value for money, thanks.
