Both stones are the same grit even though they are advertised as 400/1000 and 3000/8000. Sharpening 1 knife wore the course grit stone a lot. At least the holder is nice. Waste of $25.

What this did lack was any form of instructions or details about any of the extra items included in the package. A basic information sheet would be very helpful, most other sites did show basic instructions on their sites. The seller never responded to inquiry on two items in the package.

The web tracking info provided lots of detail so if I wanted to be obsessive about where this item was at I could just look to there. Overall this is a tremendous value!!!!!!!!
