Awewome workout
This is a great low impact, targeted workout. After one time, I could hardly walk. Really targets specific areas you want to work on. You will definitely see results if you keep at it. I agree with others that the stretching time is super fast, not enough time to relax the muscles that have just been worked. Overall great workout DVD

Love the format
I love how it is broken into segments. So i can customize workout. This is a great addition to resistance training. You will fell the burn. It is challenging but doable. Instructions are clear, easy to follow and offer alternative moves to lessen work.

Boring
I don't like this video for the following reasons. Firstly, the presenter is dull. Secondly, the benefits of the movements are never explained. And, thirdly, the routines are boring.

Ballet Beautiful
I love this DVD. One of my favorites!! It's non impact, concise and extremely effective. It's also interesting enough to want to do over and over. Excelllent workout
