It was a huge ordeal to get refunded for this. 2 items were in really bad condition. This condition issue is not atypical. CS said to request return but closed and not letting me. eBay or the seller immediately deleted my feedback on some items.

Fortunately the packaging had protected the item itself but am unsure as to why the courier didn't just post such a small item through my letterbox...
