After I complained to Evri who passed on my comments to the driver, it appears the driver had a meltdown and decided to just return to back to the seller. The seller was understanding and issued a full refund as they had no more stock to send out replacements. Great customer service from seller during this unfortunate situation which was not the sellers fault.Portable Air Cooler Fan with Remote Control Ice Cold Cooling Conditioner Unit (Nr. 140799015759)
