I am a local historian, so I know a bit about it. I think two images were pasted together, possibly in the past. But why, what was the point of doing that? Image quality was fine, but now I have a puzzle on my hands.

His store is special: the three postcards I bought from him are rare British rectory scenes that I feel lucky to have come across and now own! Safe packing (cardboard); fast shipping; "as described" (good scan!); and bonus discount (good value!).
