The phone is put together ok, The colour is really good, but there is a shade or two difference on the back. Material is nice, except the keypad. The keypad is poorly backlit and not the text characters are a little hard to see at times. However it looks and feels class. had to use an old Mac Book Pro and ISYNC to transfer contacts, still haven't been able to get internet set up - but know care, its the coolest flipphone

They were very responsive, helpful and polite with my request. Sadly though (no fault of the seller at all) the phone seemed incompatible with her SIM card, so it was returned. *This had no bearing on the seller at all* They were helpful and fully cooperative throughout this process.
