    Extraordinary restaurant cuisine can now be made at home.

    Vij's various restaurants in Vancouver, BC are legendary. This cookbook enables the home cook to bring some of the extraordinary flavors of Vij's recipes into the one's personal kitchen. Everything I've made has been fantastic and the recipes are definitely not too complicated for a confident home cook to master.
