I purchased several and will keep an extra as backup and may even give out a few. When it arrived, I tested it in water and new brake fluid, as well as old brake fluid. It appeared to be accurate. It's good to know if the fluid had moisture in it or not.

Even in the same manufacturer, different lines of DOT3 will give different results. Two brand new cans: ShopPro AB12 (does not list ABS support) reads as 4% water. ShopPro BF12 (does list ABS) reads as 0-1% water.
