I got a second pair of boots and they were tight also! The problem is the factory is marking them with the wrong size, I ordered 10 and 1/2 which I've been wearing for years and they just were too tight and these boots I would need a size 11. Once again, the seller did everything possible to make it right.

They hadn't been worn or tried on, so I couldn't figure out where the odor was coming from. They were packaged in shoe covers and the odor was in them as well.
