This was an auction item for 99p and that was the final sale price. All Swarovski items get sent tracked. The cheapest way to send via Royal Mail was the Tracked 48 option which costs £4.05. In fact the postage charged to this customer against this item was less than £3.50. So this was nearly 4 times the price of the item but this should put the comments into context. With eBay sale fees I actually lost money on this transaction and made nothing!
