Absolutely no size stretch allowance for slipping the foot and its width from heel to the top of the foot. Like trying to put a shoe on several sizes to small. Once on the foot the shoe fit length and width. Removing shoe was nearly as difficult as putting it on. The seller did apologize and refunded with no hassle of returning product.
