I slightly modified it to work with a Radio Shack CB that is slightly different than the radio that is fully compatible. Works well. It was shipped from Taiwan so it took a while but I expected that based on international shipping. I have no concerns. In fact I bought a second one after receiving the first.

It fit the FT 65 perfectly with the factory supplied original battery. Be advised that the case will NOT fit the radio if you purchase any larger higher amp battery.
