    The item was delivered ahead of expected time. It is as described in good condition. It was competitively priced. There could have been a little bit more packaging on the book corners as it looks like it had been dropped on one corner during transit. Other than that the quality is as expected.     Great experience, the book arrived quickly , however it was damaged on the corners due to it being insufficiently packaged in a polythene envelope . Their customer support is very responsive and actually considerate, they actually listened and took onboard my recommendation to pack heavy hardbacks in cardboard to prevent damage occuring in transit. They also issued me with an immediate refund as soon as I informed them of the damage , pleasantly surprised, worthy of merit .

    User Guide

    The information in the book is life-changing - at least, it is if you have been powering yourself with glucose! Dr Mercola spells out exactly why glucose-producing foods are not healthy and explains why eating good quality fats protects you from disease. Unfortunately, Dr Mercola is not a vegetarian/vegan, but we can still learn from him and look for vegan alternatives to some of the foods suggested. In fact finding protein is not actually too much of a problem, as eating too much protein can lead to cancer. If you want to hear the latest about how it all works, do read and re-read this book!
