I waited over a month before leaving my feedback and I still have a bad taste in my mouth about this. The item was listed as free shipping on the east. I'm as far east in my location as possible. However, instead of reaching out and asking me if I would be will to cover some of the shipping cost (because I know a fire pit is heavy) he refunded me and them double the price of the item so he could still say free shipping. I have an LLC and I know bad business when I see it.

All of my items are free shipping, and that had nothing to do with it. This item ships from a warehouse and for whatever reason, they would not ship to her address. My prices go up automatically when my supplier raises their price - shipping had NOTHING to do with it. Negative feedback was not deserved.

Great Roast - 1st time!
Our first foray into instant pot cooking was a pork loin roast. It cooked very well, was tender and moist and extremely flavorful. It was a big hit with the family. Not one bite was left over! I cooked two pork loins together, prepackaged with gravy and spices - about 3.5 pounds. The instructions I found suggested 20 minutes per pound, so I cooked them for 70 minutes. They came out perfect. It took a little digging online to find out how long to cook a roast, but there was a lot of good information on the internet and it worked out beautifully. Setting up the pot was easier than it looked initially and I'm we will use this again and again. We will explore the world of possibilities the Instant Pot has now opened up for us! You'll never run out of things to cook with this.
This thing is amazing and versatile. Since getting my Instant Pot, I have cooked several meals of various types in it and everything has turned out amazing. I am looking everyday for new things to try to cook with it. Next on my plate is making cheesecake. You won't be disappointed with this cooker as it can replace several other appliances and works just as good as a specialized gadget.

An excellent buy.
The pot is easy to use and program. It has been very easy to clean and seal. It seem very durable but only time will tell. I expect many years of easy care use. We are very happy so far. It sure beats an old style pressure cooker. It opens and closes very simply and the programing is easy to do. The food we have cooked i.e. soup ,, roasts, and casseroles have completed perfectly and cleaning was a breeze. We have yet been abbe to overcook anything but when we do I still expect the cleanup to be easy. There seem to be no small unreachable spots that will be hard to clean. So far our only area of concern is the area under the pot. It might be less durable than the rest. We have zero complaints at this time.The pot is easy to use and program. I love this item. I've had cheaper versions in the past. This one seems to heat quicker, and is a quieter. also, has many more features than my other ones. I've made beans, chili, stew, chicken, and even a cheese cake in this unit so far. Cooks quicker than my other ones did, so have to do an adjustment from what I'm used to. I would recommenced this to anyone who has a time issue when it comes to cooking. This is a set it and forget it unit.I love this item. I've had cheaper versions in the past.
